You may return most new, non bespoke, items within 7 days of delivery for a refund but please see our Terms and Conditions page for full details.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Please see our Terms and Conditions for further information.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Please note that this does not apply to bespoke order or custom made items.

We can ship to virtually any address in the UK. Note that there are restrictions on some products, We are able to ship some products internationally but there will be additional charges. Please email us at email@example.com before placing an order for non-UK delivery so we can quote the shipping costs accordingly.
Standard UK shipping rate is £6.99 for most items, but may vary for some larger items
Please note that in the unlikely event that a product goes missing once we have sent it out to you (and you have received confirmation of this from the courier company) we will do everything in our power to help you recover this product.
However, a full investigation must be carried out by the courier company and it is either proved that the product was delivered to the incorrect address or that the courier company was negligent before we take any further action. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All goods must be paid for in full prior to delivery.
Please note that once the item has been shipped and left our premises we have a very limited control over the delivery times and dates. Every effort will be made by us to meet estimated delivery dates but we are unable to offer guarantees.
London Cows is not responsible for any customs duties or extra charges incurred.
It is the purchasers responsibility to take out any insurance deemed fit for overseas deliveries. Claims for lost or missing items must be pursued by the purchaser and are not the responsiblity of London Cows, assuming London Cows can provide documentation with proof of delivery address and of collection. Although we will take responsibility for any goods that arrive damaged we are only responsible for the cost from a UK address. London Cows is therefore not liable for the postage returning a product from overseas.
